SUPER KITCHENS
Vita Kidz is a product developed by OTB South Africa and is allowing children to receive a healthy, nutritious breakfast. This maize-based powder when mixed with water, turns into a porridge or shake. Results from a nutritional analysis share that one serving of Vita Kidz has 70 percent of a young child's daily nutritional needs.
Super Kitchens are industrial, central kitchens that mass produce hot, nutritious meals. At 2,000 meals a day, a super kitchen becomes sustainable. These meals are delivered to ministry partners in a 45-minute radius surrounding the Super Kitchen. Because of economy of scale, Super Kitchens offer an affordable solution to these partner’s feeding needs.
